Saya pakai 1/2 resep dari resep yg ada di buku
Loyang uk 20x10x7cm dgn volume 1200 ml
Bahan :
🌼 Lapisan Atas (I)
400ml susu UHT
4 gr agar2 bening
75 gr gula pasir
13 gr bubuk wrn hitam ( saya pakai bubuk coklat dark )
50 gr dark cooking chocolate
1 kuning telur
Langkah :
Masak ssemua bahan, hingga memdidih, angkat, saring, tuangkan dlm loyang
Bahan :
🌼 Lapisan Tengah II)
400ml susu UHT
4 gr agar2 bening
75 gr gula pasir
15 gr kopi mix
25 gr dark cooking chocolate
25 gr White Cooking Chocolate
1 kuning telur
Langkah :
Masak ssemua bahan, hingga memdidih, angkat, saring, hikngkn uap panas tuangkan perlahan ke atas lap 1
🌼 Lapisan Bawah ( III)
400ml susu UHT
4 gr agar2 bening
75 gr gula pasir
50 gr White Cooking Chocolate
1 kuning telur
Langkah :
Masak ssemua bahan, hingga memdidih, angkat, saring, hikngkn uap panas tuangkan perlahan ke atas lap 2

Bahan vla :
250 ml susu uht
40 gr gula pasir
10 gr maizena, larutkn dgn sdkt air
essens sesuai selera

Masak susu dan gula pasir hgg mendidih
mskkn lar maizena, lalubtmbhkn essens, aduk hingga meletup2, angkat
